Yes! If you start with Starter or Pro and want to upgrade within 30 days, we’ll credit what you’ve already paid toward the higher tier.
Will you use templates or is everything custom-designed?
Every logo and visual element is custom-designed based on your business, vision, and preferences — no templates here.
Do you offer ongoing brand support after the project ends?
Yes! We offer ongoing design support, including marketing materials, website graphics, and social media templates. Ask about our monthly retainers.
What if I don’t like the logo concepts?
Each package includes a set number of revisions (unlimited for Premium). We’ll work closely with you to refine the design until you’re happy, within the included rounds. Additional revisions beyond that are available for a fee.
What file formats will I receive?
All packages include the logo in high-resolution:
- PNG (transparent background)
- JPEG
- SVG
The Pro and Premium packages also include versions optimized for web, print, and social media.
Do you include trademark or copyright registration?
No, we do not offer legal trademark registration services. However, you will have full rights to the final designs upon delivery, and we can recommend resources for protecting your brand legally.
What if I already have a logo and just need guidelines?
We offer a custom solution for clients who only need brand guidelines or visual identity elements. Contact us for a personalized quote.
How do I get started?
Simply choose your tier and we’ll send over a short brand questionnaire to kick off the creative process. A 50% deposit is typically required to begin.
